Our Founder

Sunset West Legal Group, PC is led by our President and Founding Partner Payam (“Payton”) Kashani—pictured standing third from the right above. He is admitted to practice law in California (State Bar No. 28386) and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California since October 17, 2012 (search federal listing here).

Mr. Kashani earned his Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles, an accredited law school recognized by the State Bar of California. 

Licensed since 2012, Attorney Kashani has spent more than a decade advocating for accident victims and their families, securing case results ranging from $75,000 to over $6 million through both confidential settlements and trial verdicts—a reflection of his skill, dedication, and first-hand experience in personal-injury litigation.
